SharePoint - Move/upload folders or files online
First it is a good idea to create ONE folder to upload. Put all the folders in that ONE folder and upload it, or you will have to do the upload for each folder you want in SharePoint.
NOTE! Do not attempt to copy or move folders via the file explorer to a synched SharePoint site, this will download to your hard drive on the PC and may cause issues.
