Pupil gets an error when loading Hero's Journey ("Oeps, er ging iets mis! De heldenreis ondervindt een fout. Herlaad de pagina om het nog eens te proberen".)

Description
When a pupil is logged in the first time (or use an incoginote/inprivate browser) the Hero's Journey is started.

Cause
When the network connection is too slow or unstable it takes too much time to load all data for the Hero's Journey and an error is given (see figure-1)

Solution:
The following solutions are possible :

1. A stable and good network with good performance

2. Reload of the page. It could be a glitch in the network
