Button "Bordboek" and "Les" are disabled for a test

Description
Buttons "Bordboek" and "Les" are disabled for a selected test. See figure-1.

Cause

Some tests are only available as download. That is been mentioned when select "Over de les". See figure-2.

Solution
No solution is needed. The content of the test is on purpose only as a download available.
