Win 11 - how to change the position of the start menu on the taskbar

You can change the position of the start menu to either all the way to the left (as it was the case in all previous editions) or you can move it to/keep it in the middle.

Right click an empty spot on your taskbar (the bar at the bottom of the screen) and click Taskbar Settings
Click Taskbar behaviors at the bottom of the page
You will see the option Taskbar alignment. Click the option on the right (either Center or Left) and choose your preferred alignment
The taskbar will immediately update. After that, you're done.
