Microsoft - Guest users login
Some Infinitas systems, like Edify, Azure Open AI, SharePoint or OneDrive will allow Microsoft guest users.
We connect our system to the standard Microsoft account login. Just like some services would offer you to login with your Facebook account, Google account or Apple-ID, we use Microsoft to connect. This account is not something we administrate, we just allow you to use your Microsoft account for login to our system.
Microsoft Account
The Microsoft login window looks like this:

Registered account - You can use your email as a registered Microsoft account (it's free, no charge) and have a password set for it and also have MFA (Multi Factor Authentication - a second added method for security logins, like a code to your phone/email authenticator app after the password is entered).
Temporary account - You can also use your email as a temporary Microsoft user without registration or password. Microsoft will notice this when you login, that you are not a registered user, and instead of prompting you for a password it will present the option to get a one time pass code sent to you email each time you login to verify you are the email owner who is allowed to login.
You can have your email registered as a "Personal" account or as a "School or Work" account. Most corporate email addresses are already registered as a work account, while gmail, hotmail, ziggy etc. addresses are usually private accounts.
You can login and check your Microsoft account here: https://account.microsoft.com/ or sign up if you want to be a registered user
If you need support Microsoft has this page for you with information on login, password resets etc.
