Our IT support is available all workdays from 08:00 - 17:00 CET. We are an international team with representatives from different countries, serving all users of all counties and OPCOs.
We have 4 main way to be contacted:
Portal: https://helpdesk.infinitaslearning.com/support/home (login as in this instruction)
Email: helpdesk@infinitaslearning.com (creates a ticket in the IT Portal system)
Slack: #technology-help for quick, easy issues and questions

Using the IT Portal
To use the portal you need to login, this is done using your account. You will se that you are logged in when you have your profile icon in the circle in the upper right corner of the portal.
In the portal you can:
- View our support articles
- Report any problem
- Request access and apps
