Reset Windows password when expired or forgotten

If you forgot your password for your Windows account (same as for the PC, Cisco Secure Client, Citrix, Email etc.) or it expired because you didn't change it in time you can do a reset of the password in the self service portal at: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com

If you do not have this option enabled you contact the Help Desk and they will assist.
