Equipment
When starting as an employee at Infinitas you will be provided with a laptop PC so you can work at home or at the office.
We have standard PCs to make it as easy as possible for the IT Support.
A PC is replaced when it is not properly working, there is no lifecycle to change them at a certain age.
In some rare cases we also provide Mac computers. Macs need approval from managers and comes with limited support from IT.
Here is who provides the equipment:

If you have any problems with your PC simply contact the IT Support.
For questions regarding your phone contact the function that provided the phone.
For ordering a phone use the phone request form in the request catalogue.
All PCs come prepared with standard tools & apps and are pre-logged in with your account.
In case of problems with the PC there are spare PCs to borrow at all offices while your PC is being fixed.
NOTE! All Equipment is company hardware and should be treated with care. normal wear and tear is to be expected but if it is obviously handled carelessly you may be liable for compensation.
