Our systems
At infinitas we have many different tools, apps and systems.
The most common tools are listed in our systems list along with how to reach them, how to login, reset the password and request access. Check out the list here:
SSO "Single Sign On"
For many of our systems and tools we can login using "SSO" meaning you use your account provided by us, read more about your account here.
Standard apps
M365
We use Microsoft 365 E5 licenses that will provide you with Office tools, like Word, Powerpoint, Excel and OneNote etc. but also OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams, online and locally on your computer
OneDrive
Use it to save your personal work files in the cloud, you have 1TB of space to use
SharePoint
Use SharePoint for storing shared files, we also have SharePoint guides in the IT portal
Teams
Use it for Video conferencing (not for Teams functionality or chatting) online and locally on the computer
Slack
Use it for chatting and communication with colleagues, here is where we also publish the latest news, issues and critical incidents. In Slack there is also an IT support channel. It is available for all users with an account with us. Here is a login guide, we also have a category for Slack guides in the IT portal.
Intranet
Along with Slack we also publish big news on our Intranet
Cisco VPN
When you work at home there may be some systems that are still only available behind our firewalls, those you need to use a VPN (Virtual Private Network) to access. This is done using the tool "Cisco Secure AnyConnect"
More tools
You may install other tools you need, some of them will be found in our Company Portal for installation. if you are not certain of a tool and if it is safe, check with the IT Support.
